Beef and Cream Shells

Ingredients :
250 g shell pasta (or shellfish)
300 g of beef mince
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
200 ml of thick sour cream
100 ml of beef broth
1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
150 g grated cheese (cheddar or gruyere)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions :
Pasta Bake: Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salt water according to package instructions. Listen and book.
Prepare the beef: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Saute the onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the minced meat and cook until a nice golden brown. Season with paprika, salt and black pepper.
Prepare the sauce: Add tomato concentrate and mix well. Add the beef broth and let simmer for 2 mins. Then add the sour cream and mix until you get a greasy sauce.
Mix: Add cooked pasta and grated cheese to the skillet. Mix well to coat pasta with sauce. Let it simmer 2-3 minutes on low heat to melt the cheese completely.
Serve: Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.
