Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon, skin side up, and cook until golden and crisp, about 4 minutes. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3 minutes.
Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add orange juice, orange zest, honey, chicken broth, rosemary, and garlic. Bring to a simmer and reduce by half, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes.
Return salmon to the skillet, spooning the glaze over the fillets. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until salmon is thoroughly heated and glazed.
