Ingredients:
For the Coconut Lime Fish:
4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or snapper)
Salt and pepper to taste
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
For the Avocado Salsa:
1 large avocado, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Fish:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Make the Coconut Lime Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, coconut milk, olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Bake the Fish:
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut lime sauce over them.
