French Chocolate Soufflé!

Impress with a rich and fluffy French Chocolate Soufflé! Decadent and light, it’s perfect for any occasion. Try this classic recipe!

Ingredients:

• 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped (115g)

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing (28g)

• 3 tbsp granulated sugar (45g)

• 2 large eggs, separated

• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (1g)

• 1/4 cup heavy cream (60ml)

• Pinch of salt


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease ramekins with butter.

2. Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler. Let cool.

3. Whisk in egg yolks and cream.

4. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.

5. Gently fold whites into chocolate mixture.

6. Fill ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately!
