Ingredients

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Whipped Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1–2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or parsley)

Salt, to taste

For the Wraps:

4 large pita breads or flatbreads

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced cucumber

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Handful of shredded lettuce

Optional: crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Marinate chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15–30 minutes for best flavor.

Cook chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken strips for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked, turning occasionally. Remove from heat.

Make whipped garlic yogurt sauce: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt until smooth and creamy. Chill until ready to use.

Warm wraps: Heat pita breads in a dry skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes until soft and pliable.

Assemble wraps: Spread a generous layer of whipped garlic yogurt sauce on each wrap. Add cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lettuce, and optional feta.

Wrap and serve: Fold tightly and serve immediately while warm.
