Green peppercorn gravy

A favorite among all my guests (you can use any type of pepper to get another twist )
Ingrediense (2 pers):
- 2 tbs green pepper
- 1 pcs Shalott
- 2 tbs Cognac
- 2 tbs Better than Bouillion Beef base
- 1 - 2 cups heavy whip cream (you have to adjust the heavy flavor)
- 1 tbs soy
- 1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
