Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup red velvet cake crumbs (crumbled from a baked cake)

½ cup cream cheese frosting (optional, for a velvety touch)

2 tablespoons chocolate chips or cocoa powder

Directions:

Whisk together cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Stir in the red velvet cake crumbs and chocolate chips (or cocoa powder) until evenly distributed.

For a velvety finish, swirl in cream cheese frosting during the last few minutes of churning.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes.

Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 hours.

Notes:

Garnish with additional red velvet cake crumbs and chocolate shavings before serving.

You can use less frosting for a lighter texture if preferred.
