White Christmas Coconut Mojitos

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup lime juice

- 1/4 cup packed mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup white rum

- 1/2 cup coconut rum

- 1 cup canned coconut milk

- Sparkling water

- Pomegranate arils

- Ice


Directions:

1. Muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice until fragrant.

2. Optional: Strain out mint leaves for a smoother presentation.

3. Add white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk. Stir well.

4. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture.

5. Top with sparkling water.

6. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate arils.
