Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes

**Ingredients:

- 4 large potatoes

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp garlic granules

- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs

- 1/2 tsp salt


**Directions:

1. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (no need to peel).

2. Toss slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic granules, mixed herbs, and salt.

3. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

4. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!
