Baked Falafel with Tahini Sauce

✓Ingredients
•1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
•1/4 cup fresh parsley
•1/4 cup fresh cilantro
•1 clove garlic
•1 tsp ground cumin
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•2 tbsp whole-wheat flour
•1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
✓Tahini Sauce:
•2 tbsp tahini
•Juice of 1/2 lemon
•1 clove garlic, minced
•Water (to thin)
✓Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, baking powder, and flour in a food processor until smooth.
Form small patties and place them on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
For the sauce, mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and water until smooth. Serve falafel with the sauce
