Thai Basil Pork Skewers with Spicy Lime Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Pork Skewers:
500 g ground pork
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup fresh Thai basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
For the Spicy Lime Dipping Sauce:
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1–2 Thai chilies, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
In a bowl, mix ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, black pepper, and chopped basil until well combined.
Shape the mixture around skewers into elongated forms.
Preheat a grill or pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
Cook the skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, chilies, and garlic to make the dipping sauce.
Serve the pork skewers hot with the spicy lime dipping sauce.
