Best Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:
For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings (drums & flats)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
For the Buffalo Sauce:
½ cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
For Serving:
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Celery sticks
Carrot sticks
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Prepare Wings: Pat wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss them with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Bake the Wings: Arrange wings on the wire rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
Make the Buffalo Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk hot sauce, melted butter, honey (if using), and garlic powder until smooth.
Coat the Wings: Toss hot wings in the Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Serve: Plate with ranch or blue cheese dressing and veggie sticks.
