Ingredients:

- 1 loaf of crusty bread (like baguette or ciabatta)

- 8 oz burrata cheese

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Slice the crusty bread into 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.

3. Brush the bread slices with olive oil on both sides.

4. Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

5. In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

6. Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

7. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it on top of each toasted bread slice.

8. Spoon the tomato-basil mixture over the burrata.
