Carpaccio di Manzo – Thinly Sliced Raw Beef with Olive Oil and Lemon

Ingredients:
• Beef tenderloin: 8 oz (225 g), very thinly sliced
• Olive oil: 3 tbsp (45 ml)
• Lemon juice: 1 tbsp (15 ml)
• Arugula: 1 cup (30 g)
• Parmesan cheese: ¼ cup (25 g), shaved
• Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions:
1. Arrange thin slices of beef on a plate in a single layer.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Garnish with arugula, Parmesan shavings, salt, and pepper.
