CHEESY PARMESAN CRISPS are a delightful, cheesy treat perfect for snacking anytime!


Ingredients:


1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 egg

1 tsp onion powder


Instructions:


1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (155°C fan).


2. Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, and onion powder. Stir until everything is well blended.


3. Prepare for Baking: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cheesy mixture in a thin, even layer.


4. Bake: Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges turn a beautiful golden brown and crisp up nicely.


5. Cool and Enjoy: Let it cool slightly, then dig in and enjoy your chewy, cheesy snack!


Serves: 4-6


Tips:


- For added flavor, sprinkle some garlic powder or dried herbs into the cheese mixture.

- Customize your crisps by adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
