Chicken & Avocado Lettuce Scoops

Ingredients:
Large romaine lettuce leaves
Cooked and shredded chicken breast
Diced avocado
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Fresh lemon or lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and bacon.
Squeeze in some lemon or lime juice, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Spoon the mixture into each lettuce leaf.
Top with chopped herbs and serve cold.
Tips:
Add a teaspoon of yogurt garlic sauce or ranch dressing for extra flavor
Want a spicy kick? Add a little chili or hot sauce
