A Festive Holiday Treat!

Ingredients:
4 cups pomegranate juice
2 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
2 cups sparkling water or club soda
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced (peel on)
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2–3 cinnamon sticks
4–5 star anise pods (optional for spiced aroma)
Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fruit Base:
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
Stir well to blend the flavors.
2. Add the Fruits and Spices:
Add the sliced apple, orange, fresh cranberries, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon sticks, and star anise pods to the juice mixture.
Stir gently to combine, ensuring the fruits and spices are evenly distributed.
3. Chill:
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld and infuse.
4. Serve:
Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy, festive twist.
5. Garnish and Pour:
Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the sangria mocktail over the ice.
Garnish each glass with a fresh rosemary sprig for an elegant, aromatic touch.
Tips:
For extra flavor, muddle some of the fruit slightly before adding it to the pitcher.
Use a mix of green and red apples for added color and festivity.
Serve in clear glasses to show off the beautiful fruit and jewel-toned colors.
This Christmas Sangria Mocktail is the perfect drink for holiday gatherings, offering a mix of fruity and spiced flavors that capture the spirit of the season! Cheers! 🥂✨
