These shrimp guacamole bites are the perfect party appetizer or snack! They're easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1/2 cup guacamole

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 12 wonton wrappers

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, guacamole, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

3. Place a wonton wrapper in each cup of a mini muffin tin. Press the wonton wrappers into the cups to form a nest.

4. Fill each wonton nest with the shrimp guacamole mixture.

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and the wonton wrappers are golden brown.

6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Tips:

- For a spicier bite, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp guacamole mixture.

- If you don't have wonton wrappers, you can use mini flour tortillas instead.

- You can also make these bites ahead of time and reheat them in the oven before serving.
