Garlic Herb Lamb Chops with Mushrooms & Cherry Tomatoes

**Ingredients:

- 4 lamb chops

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp butter

- 1 tsp red chili flakes

- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

- Salt & black pepper to taste


**Instructions:

1. Season the lamb: Rub lamb chops with salt, pepper, chili flakes, minced garlic, and rosemary.

2. Sear the lamb: Heat olive oil in a pan, then sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Add butter for extra richness.

3. Sauté veggies: Remove lamb and sauté mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and remaining garlic in the same pan until soft. Add balsamic vinegar for extra depth.

4. Combine & serve: Return the lamb to the pan, spoon the sauce over, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
