Elevate your holiday celebrations with these Golden Pear and Burrata Dessert Towers! This elegant dish combines the natural sweetness of roasted pears with creamy burrata, vibrant pomegranate, and crunchy pistachios for a show-stopping festive dessert.

Ingredients

4 ripe pears (Anjou or Bartlett), sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup fresh burrata cheese

1/2 cup pomegranate arils

1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped

2 tbsp honey

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1: Roast the Pear Slices

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Arrange pear slices on the sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

3. Roast for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly caramelized. Let cool.

Step 2: Assemble the Towers

1. Place the largest pear slice on a serving plate. Add a dollop of burrata on top.

2. Layer a smaller pear slice over the burrata, repeating until a tower is formed (3-4 slices per tower).

3. Scatter pomegranate arils and chopped pistachios over and around the towers.

Step 3: Finishing Touches

1. Drizzle towers with honey for a touch of sweetness.

2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a light sprinkle of cinnamon for added flavor and color.

Tips:

Use a melon baller to scoop burrata into perfect dollops for an even presentation.

For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla to the honey drizzle.

Serve immediately to enjoy the creamy burrata at its best.
