Gratin Dauphinois

A luxurious, creamy potato gratin from the French Alps!
Ingredients:
• Potatoes: 1kg, thinly sliced
• Cream: 300ml
• Cheese: 100g Gruyère, grated
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 30g butter
• Salt & nutmeg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
Layer potatoes in the dish, adding garlic and seasoning between layers.
Pour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
