Ingredients:

8 oz rice noodles (or your favorite noodles)

1 lb ground beef

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

¼ cup hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

2 green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions:

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the bell pepper and shredded carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.

Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring well to coat evenly.

Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve hot and enjoy!
