INGREDIENTS:


8 celery stalks, washed and cut into 3-inch pieces

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Italian seasoning

1/4 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped

1/4 cup black olives, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


INSTRUCTIONS:


STEP 1: PREPARE THE CELERY

- Cut Celery: Wash and trim the celery stalks, cutting them into 3-inch pieces. Set aside.


STEP 2: MAKE THE FILLING

- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, roasted red peppers, black olives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.


STEP 3: STUFF THE CELERY

- Fill Celery: Using a small spoon or a piping bag, generously fill each celery piece with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring they are well-stuffed.


STEP 4: GARNISH AND SERVE

- Garnish: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top of the stuffed celery for a pop of color and added flavor.
