Jalapeño Chicken with Bell Peppers

This spicy and colorful dish combines tender chicken with vibrant bell peppers for a tasty meal that’s quick and easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mix of red, yellow, and green)
1 small onion, sliced
2-3 jalapeños, sliced (adjust to your spice preference)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Cook Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
3. Add Veggies: Stir in the sliced bell peppers, onion, jalapeños, and garlic. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender.
4. Season: Sprinkle in the cumin and paprika. Mix everything well and cook for an additional minute.
5. Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot with rice, tortillas, or on its own.
