Mango Chili Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). In a large bowl, combine 1 cup mango puree, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create the glaze.
Pat 8 chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish. Pour the mango chili glaze over the drumsticks, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.
Once marinated, place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, turning the drumsticks halfway through. The chicken should be cooked through and the glaze caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and lime wedges if desired. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
