Mango Habanero Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
1½ lb (680 g) chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1–2 habanero peppers, finely minced (adjust for spice preference)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, habanero, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
Assemble Skewers: Thread marinated chicken and diced mango alternately onto skewers.
Grill the Skewers: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve: Serve hot with rice, salad, or a cooling dip. Enjoy the sweet-heat tropical flavor
