Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Biscuits:
Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half to make smaller pieces.
Add the Cheese:
Take one piece of biscuit dough, flatten it slightly, and place a mozzarella cube in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal, and roll into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese.
Prepare the Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Coat the Bites:
Dip each cheese-stuffed dough ball into the butter mixture, making sure it's well coated. Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Tips:
Cheese Variations: Try using cheddar or pepper jack cheese for a different flavor.
Extra Crunch: Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan on top before baking for a crispy, cheesy crust.
These Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are addictive, easy to make, and perfect for parties, game days, or any time you want a cheesy snack!
