Portuguese Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add paprika, smoked paprika, and chili flakes, stirring briefly.
Pour in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chicken broth, and red wine vinegar. Mix well.
Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
