Ingredients:
1.5 pounds beef sirloin or steak, cut into bite-sized strips
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef strips and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add paprika and chili flakes, stirring briefly to release their aroma.
Pour in red wine and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well.
Return the beef to the pan and simmer for 8–10 minutes until tender and the sauce thickens.
Stir in butter for a rich finish and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with bread, rice, or fries.
