Reese’s Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars

Ingredients:

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

For the Chocolate Topping:


1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:


Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer:


In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Add the Chocolate Topping:


In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Chill and Serve:


Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.

Once chilled, cut into squares and serve. Keep any leftovers stored in the fridge.
