Ingredients:

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- Oil for frying

For the Spicy Glaze:

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1 tsp ginger, minced

- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)

- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the beef pieces in the mixture until well coated. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat. Fry the beef bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a separate saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the glaze thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.

Toss the crispy beef bites in the spicy glaze until evenly coated. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy these flavorful bites as an appetizer or a main dish!
