This lush tropical cocktail combines creamy strawberry goodness with tropical vibes for a showstopping drink perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

For the Cocktail:

2 oz (60 ml) white rum

1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream

1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice

1 oz (30 ml) strawberry puree

1 oz (30 ml) heavy cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1/2 cup crushed ice

For the Froth:

1 oz (30 ml) aquafaba (or egg white, optional)

1/2 oz (15 ml) grenadine

For Garnish:

2 fresh strawberries, skewered

Cocktail umbrella (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Froth:

In a shaker, combine aquafaba (or egg white) and grenadine.

Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to create a smooth, airy froth. Set aside.

Blend the Base:

In a blender, combine white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, strawberry puree, heavy cream, diced strawberries, and crushed ice.

Blend until smooth but with visible chunks of strawberries for texture.

Assemble the Drink:

Pour the blended cocktail into a chilled hurricane glass, filling it about 3/4 of the way.

Gently spoon or pour the pink froth on top, creating a beautiful layer.

Garnish and Serve:

Skewer two fresh strawberries and place them on the rim of the glass. Add a cocktail umbrella if desired.

Serve immediately with a straw.

Pro Tips:

For extra flavor, coat the rim of the glass with pink sugar or shredded coconut before pouring the cocktail.

Substitute the white rum with a non-alcoholic alternative for a mocktail version.

Cheers! 🍓✨
