Why? Beets are rich in natural chemicals called nitrates. Through a chain reaction, your body changes nitrates into nitric oxide, which helps with bloodflow and blood pressure.

Makes a 16 OZ of juice

  • 2 Ginger Nugs

  • 1-2 Lemon wedges

  • 6 Apples

  • Handful of parsley

  • 3 Beets

  • 2 Large carrots or 5 skinny carrots

  • Finish with Celery

Follow regular Doctor ingredients but add the following

  • 3 Tumeric Nugs

  • 1 Garlic clove

  • Blend with pineapple
