Makes a 16 OZ of juice
2 Ginger Nugs
1-2 Lemon wedges
6 Apples
Handful of parsley
3 Beets
2 Large carrots or 5 skinny carrots
Finish with Celery

Follow regular Doctor ingredients but add the following
3 Tumeric Nugs
1 Garlic clove
Blend with pineapple
