Ingredients:
8 oz noodles (lo mein or ramen)
1 lb beef (sliced thin, e.g., flank or sirloin)
2 cups mixed stir-fry veggies (like bell pepper, carrots, broccoli)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin)
1 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced (optional)
For a little spice a tsp hot sauce of choice I use Sambal Olek
Preparation:
Cook noodles according to package; drain and set aside.
Stir-fry beef in oil over high heat until browned; remove from pan.
Add garlic, ginger, and veggies; cook until tender-crisp.
Return beef to pan, add noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss well to combine.
Cook 1–2 more minutes until heated through.
