Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 large onion, cut into chunks

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon black pepper, coarsely ground

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 teaspoon sugar

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Marinate the Beef:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and half of the black pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables:

Cut the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper into chunks. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Stir-Fry the Beef:

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:

In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the onions and bell peppers, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.

Combine and Season:

Return the beef to the pan. Add the remaining black pepper and sugar. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is evenly coated in the sauce.

Serve:

Transfer the stir-fry to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.

Enjoy this savory and peppery Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry that’s full of bold flavors and vibrant veggies! 🌟🍴
