Black Pepper Chicken

Ready for a delicious dinner that's simple yet flavorful? This Black Pepper Chicken dish is sure to please!
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
1 cup sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Salt, to taste
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with black pepper and soy sauce. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Cook Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add Veggies: Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic, and minced ginger. Stir-fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season: Taste the dish and add salt if needed.
6. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. Enjoy your flavorful Black Pepper Chicken!
