Blackberry Mimosa:

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Sugar (for blackberry syrup)

Handful of Fresh Blackberries

2 oz Fresh Orange Juice

4 oz Sparkling Wine (Prosecco or Champagne)


Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine the blackberries and sugar with a splash of water. Simmer until the blackberries soften and the sugar dissolves, forming a syrup. Strain and cool.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of the blackberry syrup to a champagne flute.

Pour in fresh orange juice.

Top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with fresh blackberries and an orange twist for a beautiful finish.

This fruity and bubbly twist on a classic mimosa adds a rich blackberry flavor, perfect for brunch or special celebrations!
