This Green Apple Sangria is a vibrant and invigorating elixir, ideal for sipping under falling leaves or sharing with friends on a crisp afternoon. The zesty green apples dance with white wine, a splash of citrus, and a hint of effervescence, offering a light, refreshing medley that’s as beautiful as it is delicious—a perfect balance of tart and sweet!
Ingredients
1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
2 medium green apples (Granny Smith), cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup green apple schnapps or apple liqueur
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 cup club soda or sparkling water
1 lime, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, green apple schnapps, lime juice, and honey (or simple syrup). Stir until the honey dissolves fully—if using honey, warm it slightly with a splash of the wine first to make blending easier.
Add the Apples:
Add the sliced green apples to the pitcher, stirring gently to coat them in the liquid. This infuses the sangria with their tart, crisp flavor. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight) to let the flavors meld.
Finish and Serve:
Just before serving, stir in the club soda or sparkling water for a fizzy lift. Pour into ice-filled glasses, ensuring each serving gets plenty of apple slices.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint, if desired, for a pop of color and freshness. Sip and enjoy the cool, tangy delight!

Tips
Choose crisp Granny Smith apples for their tartness—slice thinly to maximize flavor infusion.
For a boozier kick, add an extra splash of schnapps or a shot of vodka; for a lighter version, swap some wine for more club soda.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days—the apples may soften, but the flavor deepens; stir before serving.
This Green Apple Sangria will brighten your glass with its tart, sparkling charm! 🍏🍷
