Ingredients:

- chicken breasts - 4 pieces

- green beans - 300 g

- garlic - 4 cloves, minced

- lemon juice - 60 ml

- butter - 50 g

- salt - to taste

- pepper - to taste

- fresh parsley - for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Trim the green beans and mince the garlic.

2. Sear the chicken: In a large skillet, melt 25 g of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts of chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.

3. Cook the green beans: In the same pan, add the green beans and a little water (about 2-3 tablespoons) to help them steam. Cover the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, until tender but still crisp.

4. Add the garlic and lemon: Stir the minced garlic into the green beans and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then add the lemon juice and the remaining butter (25g). Stir well to coat the green beans in the sauce.

5. Combine the chicken and beans: Return the chicken breasts to the pan with the green beans. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the chicken to infuse with the flavors.

6. Serve: Arrange the chicken and green beans on plates. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

Cooking Tips: You can serve this dish with rice or potatoes for a complete meal. For an even more lemony touch, add lemon slices on top before serving. Enjoy!"
