- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
- Optional: sliced jalapeños for extra heat
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, minced garlic, and salt. Whisk together until well blended. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill or sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped cilantro and optional sliced jalapeños for an extra kick. Serve hot and enjoy the bold flavors of this Double Pepper Fire Chicken!
