Easy Butter Chicken

Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, cubed
3 tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
Sauté aromatics:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
Cook the chicken:
Stir in the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add spices and tomato paste:
Mix in tomato paste, garam masala, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add cream:
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice and naan bread. Enjoy your Butter Chicken!
