Ingredients:

For the Steak:

1 lb steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), thinly sliced

3 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

For the Broccoli:

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp salt

For Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon slices

Instructions:

Prepare the Broccoli:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green.

Add water, cover, and steam for another 4-5 minutes until tender. Set aside.

Cook the Steak Strips:

In the same skillet, heat olive oil over high heat.

Add the steak strips, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.

Reduce heat to medium, add butter, garlic, and chili flakes. Cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add soy sauce, stir well, and return steak strips to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

Combine and Garnish:

Add the cooked broccoli back to the skillet and toss with the steak and sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a squeeze of lemon.

Pro Tip: Pair this dish with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or cauliflower rice for a complete meal! 🍚✨
