Garlic Parmesan Chicken Lasagna RollS

Ingredients:
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Take one lasagna noodle and place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture on one end. Roll it up tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles.
6. Once all the roll-ups are in the dish, pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
