Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, and water. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, heat remaining oil. Add ginger and garlic, stirring for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot to the pan, stir-frying for 3–5 minutes until just tender.
Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together. Cook for 1–2 minutes to heat through.
Garnish with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
