Here’s how to make it:


Ingredients:

2 lbs beef tenderloin

1/4 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).


Cooking: In a bowl, mix the butter, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this herb butter mixture over the tenderloin. Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan and roast for 25-30 minutes for medium-rare.
