Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 red chili peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with cornstarch until well coated. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef in batches, frying until crispy and browned, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove the beef and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced chili peppers, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper, stirring to combine. Return the crispy beef to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a delicious meal!
