Korean BBQ Beef Bowls with Spicy Gochujang Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
- For the Beef:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless beef such as sirloin or chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- For the Rice:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- For the Gochujang Dipping Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons gochujang Korean chili paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger, grated optional
Instructions:
1. Grill the Beef: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill the beef for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
2. Make the Gochujang Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger if using.
3. Assemble the Bowls: Divide the cooked rice among bowls. Top with grilled beef and drizzle generously with the Gochujang Dipping Sauce.
Tips:
- You can use deany type of beef you like for this recipe.
- For a spicier dip, add more gochujang or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve the bowls with your favorite side dishes, such as kimchi, seaweed salad, or pickled vegetables.
