Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, green onions, sesame seeds, black pepper, and water. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove the beef from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Add the beef to the skillet in a single layer.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the beef is well-browned and cooked through.

Serve hot with steamed rice and your favorite Korean side dishes.
