2 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
500g (1 lb) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Juice of 1 lime
Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
Marinate the beef: In a bowl, mix garlic, lemongrass, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Cook the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add the onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Sear the beef: Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Finish the dish: Remove from heat, squeeze lime juice over the beef, and garnish with red chili and coriander.
Serve: Enjoy over steamed rice.
