Ingredients
3 ribeye steaks
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and black pepper.
Marinate the Steaks: Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
Preheat the Grill: When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Steaks: Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Season both sides of the steaks with a sprinkle of salt. Place them on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.
Rest and Serve: Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes after grilling. Slice, garnish with chopped cilantro, and enjoy with your favorite Mexican sides, like grilled peppers, guacamole, or rice.
Enjoy your juicy, flavorful Mexican-style ribeye steaks!
